Shipping & Delivery

At this time, Eberbachlabtools ships merchandise world wide. We ship in stock items ordered from this website within 24 business hours after payment. In a case in which an item is not in stock the customer is notifed within 24 business hours of a time frame for which the product will ship. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. Please also keep in mind that all shipments are insured. Any damage as a result of shipping should be reported immediately.

Warranties

Eberbach Corporation includes a 2 year "bumper to bumper" warranty on our products. This includes parts and labor and the cost of shipping. Does not include consumables or wear items.

Return Policy

If for some reason you are not satisfied with out products you have 30 days to return the product for a refund minus a 15% restocking fee. The item must be unused and maintain its original packaging.

Pricing Policy

If a price is for whatever reason not accurate on the Eberbach website, Eberbach Corporation reserves the right to cancel the transaction and contact the buyer to inform of the inaccuracy and allow purchase with the accurate price. A Price list in excel format is available upon request.
